Because fragrance is highly personal and subjective, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we only accept exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

We highly recommend starting with our Discovery Set to experience the scents before purchasing a full-size bottle.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@thebubblecollection.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one.

Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response, excluding weekends and holidays.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
