- It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. Personal taste in fragrance is a subjective thing, therefore we cannot accept returns for products based on a dislike of the scent. This policy is in place to maintain the highest level of quality and hygeine for all of our customers. We always suggest you start with our Discovery Set to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

- If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email  contactus@thebubblecollection.com to inform us of the problem. We might be busy preparing orders, but we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from our team, excluding weekends and holidays. 

- The are no refunds for gift cards and once orders are placed they cannot be canceled. All sales are final.

The Bubble Collection fragrances are available on our website and in select boutiques in the US and Canada. If you are interested in carrying our fragrances in your retail establishment you can email us or purchase our fragrances on FAIRE.

- Noticing a separation in the fluids, oil spots, or cloudiness in the bottle? That is normal sometimes with fragrances. Simply give it a gentle shake! Like all perfumes, ours should stay at room temperature and be kept out of sunlight to avoid potentially altering their color or scent. 

- Allergic reactions? It is possible, though uncommon, for some people to have an allergic reaction to certain essential oils contained in fragrances. As with all beauty products, we recommend applying a small amount inside of the elbow to test it out. All of our fragrances are created following the strictest of standards as established by the International Fragrance Association.
